Surf Coaching and Meetup

You’re invited to an exclusive Startup Surf Meet and Surf Coaching session at El Porto Beach with Ryan Simmonds, former professional surfer and current Team USA Junior Coach.  If you’re into surfing and would love tips from a professional surf coach to take your surfing to the next level, this session is for you.  

This session is for intermediate to advanced surfers.  We’ll be kicking off with tips on reading the lineup and positioning for the best waves, and then you’ll hit the water and get videoed while surfing. We’ll finish the session with a run-through of the footage, where you’ll get individual feedback on your waves.

This session will be followed by brunch at a nearby cafe.

Arrive: 9:15 AM (Meet at 45th Street Car Park)
Surf session & coaching: 9.30 AM to 11.45 AM
Brunch: 12.00 PM to 1 PM (Café Wild)

Bring your board, wetsuit towels, and change of clothes for brunch, and we’ll take care of the rest.
